Featuring a fresh new interior, a newly expanded menu and breakfast all day long, the newly renovated Timbers Café at The Mill Casino • Hotel is now open.
According
to Executive Sous Chef, Chris Foltz , initial response to the newly expanded Timbers menu and “Grab and Go” concept has been fantastic. “We're
now offering many new selections including 12" handmade pizzas, grilled paninis, chicken fajitas, and both a 12-ounce Sterling Silver Rib Eye Steak and a 6-ounce
New York Steak” he said. “We have also kept many old favorites. For example, our $6.95 Graveyard Steak and Eggs special will still be available nightly from 11:00
p.m. to 6 a.m."
In addition to the new menu and revamped interior, guests craving a slice of one of The Mill's delightful specialty cakes or a steaming hot flavored cappuccino or latte
will be pleased to know that both are now available at Timbers Café with the addition of a full service coffee bar. What's more, those who would like to take home
a cake for dessert or for a special event, such as a birthday or wedding, can do so by placing an advance order with a Timbers Café cashier. Even better are
the hours. Timbers Café is open 24 hours day, allowing guests to get a great meal any time.
The Timbers Café renovation is part of The Mill Casino • Hotel and RV Park's
$40 million dollar expansion which also includes a new seven story hotel, expanded gaming facilities and opening in April, Warehouse 101, a brand new 150 seat
entertainment venue.
