This position will cook items to order using grills, fryers, ovens, steam tables and any other specialized cooking equipment deemed necessary for food production following set specs and guidelines for proper food preparation. Cleans all areas of the kitchen, but is directly responsible for keeping the work area clean during and after the shift.
