RESTAURANT MANAGER
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure efficient operations and to maintain high levels
of guest service and satisfaction in the assigned food outlets. Determine staffing needs to ensure
guest satisfaction based on current and projected business levels. Set and manage employee schedules
in each of the food outlets. Responsible for service staff and guest interaction,
i.e., greeting, seating, making the guest feel at ease. Monitor the levels of service and acts accordingly. |
