Receiving Clerk

Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments in the warehouse and office supplies and prepares items for internal shipment, in town delivery & pickups and be able to cover mailroom and receiving job duties when needed. Work with purchasing on inventory and inventory control of warehouse items and office supplies. Organize and maintain the warehouse, track-stored items in warehouse. Pull warehouse/office supply orders, deliver and work with Purchasing on billing to departments. Needs to be able to communicate with purchasing, department and or co-workers to verify received shipments, time for delivery, if out of stock or back ordered. By utilizing e-mail, phone, voice mail or in person.
