Receiving Clerk/Steward
Responsible for maintaining the Purchase Journals, Kitchen, Bar, Food & Supplies. Responsible
for maintaining all food storage areas in a safe, sanitary condition in compliance with HACCP
guidelines. This includes walk in coolers, freezer shelving and floors, as well as dry goods
storage room shelving and floors. Conduct daily food inventories, maintain par levels in the
requisition of products approved from the central warehouse as needed. Adjust pars as instructed
from Sous Chefs & Executive Chef. Responsible for receiving of goods that are direct purchase
items to the Main Kitchen. I.E. Bread, Dairy Etc. Other duties as assigned. |
