PC Tech II
Installs, modifies, troubleshoots, repairs and tracks personal computers, printers, peripherals and
software systems and provides technical assistance and training to Casino clients on local & wireless
networks and phone systems. Performs Audio Visual equipment setup, troubleshooting and breakdown.
Possesses superior communication skills with ability to communicate succinctly and diplomatically.
Must type a minimum of 40 WPM and possess a high degree of organization with superior writing and grammatical
skills. Must interact with every computer client in the organization in a consistent and professional
manner. Must have the ability and desire to learn more complex computer service tasks and seeks IT as
a career path. |
