ENTERTAINMENT COORDINATOR Act as administrative support for Events Manager and Director of Marketing as needed. Book entertainment for lounge, special events and concerts. Coordinate all entertainment contracts. Take digital camera photos of entertainment. Coordinate all aspects of concert and entertainer housing, catering, travel and other arrangements per The Mill Casino Hotel contracts. Supervise Entertainment Lounge for compliance with schedule and house requirements. Coordinate maintenance of lounge sound and light equipment. Act as MC for entertainment lounge and concerts as needed.
