Community Fund Administrator To oversee the implementation of the Coquille Tribe Community Fund (CTCF). Maintain all reporting and tracking procedures for fund administration. Responsible for overall marketing donations program. Oversee program compliance with gaming compact. Review of CTCF applications and response to letters of inquiry. Review proposals and documentation to identify grantee legal status, assessment of project management capabilities, and legal issues, such as lobbying, tipping, fiscal sponsors, and expenditure responsibility.
