CENTRAL RESERVATIONS SUPERVISOR
Assist manager with daily operation of Central Reservations to include the development, analyses and
implementation of staffing, training, telemarketing, scheduling, and reward/recognition programs. Insure
employees have appropriate training and other resources to perform their jobs. Make necessary changes in
staffing based on day of week, marketing offers, other anticipated events, and call volume data. Establish
work procedures and processes that support or improve company and departmental standards, procedures, and
strategic directives. Monitor and address productivity and service quality of Central Reservation agents
using call volume reports and call monitoring technology. |
