Beverage Manager Responsible for directing the activities of a beverage operation, which includes beverage preparation and delivery, employee assignments for Slot Beverage Service, Whitecaps, and Warehouse 101. Maintain customer service standards for all beverage outlets and customer related activities which present a consistent welcome and level of service to our customers, and monitor employee success in meeting the established standards. Maintain thorough and consistent internal controls within the beverage operation to maintain cost of sales, prevent employee driven conversion of product, and effect consistent preparation of product.
