APPLICATION SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
Supports all software application systems by direct or indirect means. Provides assistance and/or direction, as necessary, to others. Analyzes and troubleshoots software related problems utilizing approved Information Systems development methodologies. Develops and organizes IT operations and end user manuals, system documentation and training materials to support production applications. Responsible for installing and managing software fixes and upgrades to third party and custom casino applications. |
